Tadic Wins Serbian Presidential Election

It took two rounds of voting, but incumbent President Boris Tadic has defeated hardline nationalist Tomislav Nikolic in the recent Serbian Presidential election. Nikolic defeated Tadic and seven other candidates in the first round, but since he did not win an absolute majority, Serbian law required a second round of voting.
